Penn Leads the Vote! Do You?
Check out our new website: www.leadthevote.com
At the University of Pennsylvania, we are cultivating a culture of voting that goes beyond campaign hype and swing state politics. Through coordination with Penn student groups, we significantly increased voter participation in the 2004 presidential election and the 2006 mid-term election. We intend to repeat our past success in 2008.
2008 is a critical election, not only because it will determine the next leader of our country, but because it is the first time that many Penn students will be eligible to vote in a presidential election. Penn students hail from all across the country, and by voting en masse, we will demonstrate yet again that students have a voice and are not afraid to use it.
